Sales Force Effectiveness Training
 
Our programs have been developed based on the analysis we have done for clients all around the world and the latest thinking in sales training. Rather than force you into an off-the-shelf approach to training, our goal is first to assist you in understanding the developmental needs of your sales force. Then we can then either develop new programs or customize our existing programs to fit your unique needs.
 
In terms of delivery, we can either deliver the programs using our experienced global training network, certify your own trainers to deliver the programs, or conduct public workshops in locations convenient to your needs.
 
Our programs are activity-based to encourage “learning by doing.” We use case studies, roll plays, video taping, 360 feedback, and adult learning principles to engage learners in a fun and interactive process that helps them to discover their own strengths and opportunities to maximize effectiveness back on the job.
 
We strongly believe that effective training should not be seen as a one time event. Because of this, we provide 360 surveys, one-on-one coaching, and follow-up workshops to ensure that participants can better implement training concepts back on the job.
