Meetings are an expensive proposition. Whether you are training an entire sales force for a major product launch or meeting with a few key stakeholders, meetings are costly and vitally important to the success of the organization. Too often, leaders are disappointed with the success of their meetings and see opportunities for improvement.

Our approach in achieving your meeting needs includes the following:
- Meet with the senior leaders or project team to identify key desired outcomes of the meeting.
- Conduct interviews and survey key stakeholders to determine the main gaps and desired performance outcomes.
- Develop meeting agendas and any workshops and activities that meet the key stakeholders’ goals and objectives to improve individual and collective performance.
- Conduct and facilitate the meeting and workshops and conduct train-the-trainers with your internal team.
- Conduct a post meeting analysis to ensure gaps are closed and performance improved for the next meeting.
- Follow-up with senior leaders and key stakeholders with one-on-one coaching, 360 surveys, and interviews to ensure key action plans are implemented.
- Evaluate further development needs of the team.

Past projects include the following:
- Product Launches: Creation of pre-meeting training and workshops at the launch to prepare pharmaceutical sales representatives and managers to effectively launch a new product. The project included these topics:
- Internal interviews with senior leaders to determine the scope and desired outcomes of the launch
- Internal interviews with key stakeholders in both headquarters and the field force to determine the desired outcomes, best practices, things to avoid, and general input to gather regarding needs, readiness, etc.
- Design a blueprint of the launch meeting including pre-launch training and meetings and launch meeting workshops that meet corporate goals and objectives and maximizes on best practices
- Development of pre-launch learning modules and launch workshops and leader’s guides
- Train-the-trainer
- On-site facilitation as needed
- Post-launch evaluation and action planning to improve the process further.
- International Training Stakeholders Meetings: Meetings to gather input from international trainers regarding a proposed curriculum to meet a newly agreed upon set of corporate competency models. The project included these topics:
